Project Title: Aztec mural project

PURPOSE: In this section, explain what you were supposed to learn and what you were supposed to do.







The purpose of this project was to learn about the culture of the Aztecs, like how they lived their lives, what their religious practices were, and what their symbols stood for. To better understand them, we tried to imagine what their life might have been like and then display it on a mural.
WHAT I LEARNED
In this section, tell what information or skills you learned or improved.







I learned about how the Aztecs lived, what they did in their religious practices, the horrid punishments that were given for breaking the law, and much more. I also learned a little bit about what shade of color will be made when you add another color, and what colors best darken or make the color lighter. I found this project very enjoyable because everyone got along and we did a really good job.
REFLECTION
In this section, reflect on your experience. Did you like the project? Why or why not? How did you do? What would you do differently next time?








I enjoyed this project because it gave me a chance to learn about the culture of an ancient civilization. The group worked very well together and we got the job done. However, next time I think I would have chosen another subject, since the one we chose was not my favorite.
