Mississippi Trial OP #1

1. I think that Hiram's Grampa was so racist because he had been given the same influence when he was a kid, and back then, slavery was still going on.

2. I was sort of surprised when his Grandma died, because she was such a good character, and really helped the book move along smoothly, but I wasn't so surprised because she was old and it was bound to happen sooner or later.

3. I think the author decided not to tell much about Emmett Till, because he was the key of the story, and if we found out to much about him, we might figure out what happens later in the story.
