Nothing but the Truth OP #3

1. I was unsurprised at the unfit ending of Nothing but the Truth. I can honestly say I expected Phillip to get caught up in the whole matter and to ruin any possibility of going out with Allison, get switched to a dorky private school, Make life harder for his parents, and ruin Miss Narwin's life and reputation as a teacher. What I was surprised about was that he couldn't see this coming a mile away. I was surprised that so many people across America would only look from some stupid (His grades are bad!) kid's point of view. And I was most surprised that when he worked so hard to get himself into this much trouble and the kids who liked Ms. Narwin got mad at him, he just sat down and sulked. He really dug his own hole with the rest of America cheering him on.

2. This book could have been a lot better if the author didn't pack so much frustration in it. It was so frustrating at certain times at how the problem was right in front of the characters faces and they still didn't see it. Sometimes, you almost wanted to say 'Hello! There's a problem here!' to all of Phillip's supporters who couldn't see past the tips of their noses, wouldn't look at Narwin's records as a successful and outstanding teacher, with most of her students to back her up, since most of them liked her as a teacher, unlike what Phillip dishonestly told his parents and the press.

3. Do you think Allison really had a crush on Phillip at the start of the book?

1: I at least thought the author would pull Ms. Narwin out of the fire. I kind of foresaw Phillip running away from his problems and his fame becoming a problem for him, but i never expected Ms. Narwin to come under so much fire. I think it should have been the guys who suspended Phillip, the assistant principal, who got in trouble for suspending him.

2: I totally agree with you on that one. I almost considered writing about it in my own post but then I figured id have to much of an influence xD. Well If Phillip had only took charge of the situation more instead of sit around feeling sorryfor himself then the story would have ended better.

3:I think at the very begining yeah she did but then she started to stop because he was getting all this attention. He let the fame get to his head and he stopped acing like the Phillip Allison liked in the first place.

1. i was actually suprised of the ending of this book. i honestly say that i was exepting everything to go right for Phillip. When i just started reading this book, i expected everything to go right for Phillip, but then it just took a turn and spun out of control.

2. I agree that it would of been better if he didn't pack so many emotions into this book. Yeah, it was very frustrating a times. I agree that the problems were right in front of them but they sort of chose to not look for it.

3.I believe that Allison had a crush on him from the beginning but chose to keep it secret.
